2026<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">NOTICE TO MARINERS AND BOATERS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/lexpol.cloud.pf\/LexpolAfficheTexte.php?texte=552151&amp;idr=0&amp;np=1&amp;lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Order No. 650 CM of June 2, 2020<\/a> amended <em>regulating the anchoring and mooring of vessels in inland waters near the municipalities of Faa&#039;a and Punaauia<\/em>, The following is recalled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 AUTHORIZED AREAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anchoring and mooring of vessels is permitted only on a suitable anchoring facility (mooring buoy) and only in the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>the P0 zone<\/strong>\u00a0: Marina Taina-south;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>zone P1<\/strong>\u00a0: Marina Taina-north;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the P3 zone<\/strong>\u00a0: Northwest of Motu Tahiri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the P4 zone<\/strong>\u00a0: North of Motu Tahiri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the P5 zone<\/strong>\u00a0: Northeast of Motu Tahiri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anchoring is strictly prohibited there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udeab PROHIBITED ZONES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anchoring and mooring of vessels is strictly prohibited (on anchor and\/or mooring buoy):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>in zone P6<\/strong>\u00a0: Northwest of Motu Tahiri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>in the Vairai area<\/strong>\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>more generally, in any area other than areas P0, P1, P3, P4 and P5.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccd The GPS coordinates and corresponding maps are included in the appendix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2696\ufe0f SANCTIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any vessel not complying with these requirements is subject to port police sanctions in accordance with the regulations in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fine of 4<sup>th<\/sup> class :<\/strong> anchoring or parking outside of authorized areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fine of 3<sup>th<\/sup> class :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>failure to comply with the conditions for anchoring and raising anchors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mooring to devices not designed for that purpose or failure to maintain mooring lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Official relocation<\/strong> of the ship at
