As a reminder, it is forbidden to occupy port land without holding an occupancy permit issued by the port authority. Violators may be issued a citation, which could lead to legal proceedings before the administrative court.

Pricing according to deliberation no. 12/2011/CA-PAP of May 26, 2011 establishing a parking fee outside the Motu Uta international trade terminal, made enforceable by decree no. 958/CM of July 11, 2011 (published in JOPF no. 29 of January 21, 2011).

For any occupation or any unloading or loading operation, even on a temporary basis, carried out without prior authorization from the Autonomous Port of Papeete, the rates are increased by 50%.
