MAIN ACTIVITIES

Enter all transactions from the bank statements of the Autonomous Port (DFT+Socredo)

  • Enter and monitor all bank statement transactions on a daily basis.
  • Regularly reconcile all accounting entries on bank statements.

Ensure regular monitoring of cash flow and participate in the preparation of a projected cash flow plan.

  • Regular monitoring of cash accounts
  • Monitoring and controlling the cashier's cash transactions: cash receipts and disbursements
  • Monitor cash withdrawals in conjunction with the cashier
  • Loan monitoring in conjunction with the Finance Department

Ensure the regular settlement of all third-party accounts of the Autonomous Port:

  • Regularly reconcile the amounts recorded in third-party accounts (class 4 accounts) and cash accounts (processing of checks and bank card payments)
  • Ensure the regular reimbursement of any excess payments made.
  • To proceed with the regular clearing of third-party accounts
  • Monitor toll revenue and all multi-year revenues

Ensure the correct recording of revenue collection transactions

  • Ensure regular and rigorous monitoring of the receipts in the accounts of the revenue collection agencies (collections by check and bank card from the revenue collection agencies), the collections from the automated payment terminals in the parking lots, and the cash register of the accounting agency.
  • Make the necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies
  • To be the point of contact between the accounting agency and the managers for all accounting operations
  • Assist the accounting officer in the auditing of revenue collection systems

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES

  • Manage the accounting agency's email inbox
  • Maintain the accounting records for inactive assets of the Autonomous Port in conjunction with the cashier
  • To operate the cash register in place of the regular cashier in case of absence
  • Check and validate bank transfer files and upload them to the collaborative portal.
  • To classify, archive, and photocopy all documents processed within the scope of its activity
  • To provide daily reports and proactively contribute to the development of computer applications, particularly within the scope of one's duties.
  • To deputize for the accounting officer as needed, within the limits of the delegated authority.

PROFILE

Degrees

  • BAC+2 or equivalent (a specialization in the field of accounting is required: DUT or BTS accounting)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar position (accounting)

Knowledge:

Knowledge

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting (private and public)
  • Legal knowledge (code of civil procedure and commercial code)
  • Proficiency in Tahitian

  • Control and ensure the reliability of accounting entries
  • Use the advanced functions of the software (office suite, accounting software)
