This completed form must be accompanied by proof of liability insurance covering all the requested dates. Documents must be submitted at least four (4) business days before the 1st.^er day of occupancy requested.

If these two conditions are not met, the application will be automatically rejected.

As a reminder, it is forbidden to occupy port land without holding an occupancy permit issued by the port authority. Violators may be issued a citation, which could lead to legal proceedings before the administrative court.

Pricing and billing terms:

Pricing according to deliberation no. 50/2010/CA-PAP of December 21, 2010 setting the rate of the display fee on the public domain of the Autonomous Port of Papeete, made enforceable by decree no. 74/CM of January 18, 2011 (published in JOPF no. 4 of January 27, 2011 p.356).

Billing is based on the dates entered in the form, except in the following cases:

• If the banner was installed before the requested date, billing will start from the date recorded by the services of the Autonomous Port;
• If the banner has not been removed by the requested date, billing will stop on the date of actual removal of the banner.

If no banner is displayed on the requested and confirmed dates, the applicant will still be charged.
