This completed form must be accompanied by proof of liability insurance covering all the requested dates. Documents must be submitted at least four (4) business days before the 1st.er day of occupancy requested.
If these two conditions are not met, the application will be automatically rejected.
As a reminder, it is forbidden to occupy port land without holding an occupancy permit issued by the port authority. Violators may be issued a citation, which could lead to legal proceedings before the administrative court.
| Specific conditions to be met:
– Selling services outside designated areas (such as street vending or canvassing) is strictly prohibited. – A maximum of two people from the same entity are allowed per window. – All communication materials, such as posters and signs, must be removed at the end of the day. In the event of non-compliance with the conditions or the window allocated by the Autonomous Port of Papeete, and after three (3) written warnings, the Autonomous Port of Papeete reserves the right to refuse future authorization requests for the next three (3) months in which cruise ship calls are scheduled. |
Pricing and billing terms:
Pricing according to deliberation no. 10/2018/CA-PAP of April 4, 2018 setting the rates for the occupancy fees of the premises of the maritime station of the port of Uturoa, made enforceable by decree no. 852/CM of April 30, 2018 (publication JOPF no. 37 of 8/05/2018 page 8624).
Each booking request generates an invoice, and billing is done in 7-day increments, whether consecutive or not. Therefore, if a request includes a 2-day booking, the client will pay for 7 days. If the request includes 8 days, the client will pay for 14 days.
Billing is based on the dates entered in the form.
Even if no one is present at the counter, the service provider will still be charged.
